XSCACE Controller ("the App") is a mobile application developed by XSCACE for controlling Air Mini wireless music streamers on your local network. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers. Specifically:

• No account required. The App does not require you to create an account or log in.
• No personal data collected. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifiers.
• No analytics or tracking. The App does not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
• No cloud communication. All communication is strictly between the App and your Air Mini device on your local Wi-Fi network.

2. Local Network Access

The App requires access to your local Wi-Fi network to discover and communicate with Air Mini devices. This access is used solely to:

• Discover Air Mini devices on your local network
• Send playback control commands (play, pause, volume, source, EQ)
• Receive device status updates

No data from these communications is transmitted outside your local network or stored on any external server.

3. Device Storage

The App may store device preferences (such as device names and EQ settings) locally on your phone. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to XSCACE or any third party.

4. Permissions

The App requests the following permissions:

• Local Network / Wi-Fi — Required to discover and communicate with Air Mini devices on your network.
• Internet — Required for local network HTTP communication with your Air Mini device.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party services, advertising networks, or analytics platforms.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The App contains no content directed at children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
